Failed to arrive in good condition?

We want you to be happy with the products you receive from us. If your items fail to arrive in good condition - please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement products or a full refund.

Not what you were expecting?

If the products you have ordered were not what you were expecting (providing the product were not bespoke items that were manufactured specifically for you), or your order was incorrect in some way, you can request a return by contacting us within 30 days of receipt.
