Failed to arrive in good condition?
We want you to be happy with the products you receive from us. If your items fail to arrive in good condition - please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement product or full refund.
Not what you were expecting?
If the products you have ordered were not what you were expecting - then providing they are not bespoke items that were manufactured specifically for you - you can request a return by contacting us within 14 days of receipt. Please note that returns are subject to our terms and conditions. To request a return please follow the steps below.
How to return an item
1. Report the damage
If your item is damaged please call us within 24 hours of receipt. If your item is incorrect or unsuitable for purpose you can request a return within 14 days of receipt.
2. Replacement or Refund
Our staff will organise a replacement product to be sent out (often the same day) - or if you prefer a full refund given for your order. We may request photos of any damage caused during transit.
3. Return the damaged items
If the items are to be returned - carefully repackage the parcel and return using a signed-for service so you can obtain proof of delivery. We will refund the return postage costs to you.
