Glow In The Dark "Actions on discovering a Fire / Upon hearing fire alarm" Fire Action Sign is suitable for premises where guests may stay. This sign contains 4-sections and is designed for Hotels and Guest Houses, providing clear Fire Action instructions on what to do when discovering a fire. Includes areas for writing the location Address and Owners contact details.

  • Raise the alarm - SHOUT "FIRE FIRE"
  • Do not try to put the fire out. Get everyone out (closing the door behind you)
  • Wait outside. (A safet distance away from the building)
  • Call the Fire Service - Dial 999 (address section)
  • Notify the owner

Contains a red section at the footer, with 4 important fire procedures to be aware of:

  • Evacuate the building using the nearest emergency exit.
  • Where safe to do so, close windows and doors.
  • Call 999, and provide them with the address
  • Notify the owner

Know The Glow
 In October 2024, the Photoluminescent Safety Products Association (PSPA) adjusted their classification for Photoluminescent products. They recommend a Class C rated photoluminescent product is used for Safety Signage.

 

Are All Glow In The Dark Signs the Same?

No. The quality and specification of a photoluminescent signs material affects the strength of glow and duration of luminescence, resulting in large variences in the quality of glow in the dark signs on the market. The Photoluminescent Safety Products Association (PSPA), has developed codes and standards for photoluminescent products (classifications between the letters A - E), with Class A 's performance being weaker than that of a Class E rated photoluminescent product. The following table shows the PSPA's tested luminance & decay times.

  The PSPA recommends that a Class C rated product be used for Safety Signage. A Class C rated Photoluminescent Glow in the Dark sign may offer up to 3 times higher performance than that of Class B rated product, with Class C complying to ISO 16069 regulations.

How much is delivery?
We offer FREE DELIVERY on baskets over £20 - under this it's £3.30. Express delivery is a next-day service if ordered before 3pm and is £5.95. View more information on our delivery services.
Is there a discount if I order in bulk?
Yes. Our product pages display bulk pricing information (once a products options have been selected), with discounts applied at Checkout based on the quantity of product ordered.
Do signs come with drill holes?
Fixing locations may be different depending on where a sign is being located - so we don't drill as standard on our products, but we are happy to do this on request. If you would like drill holes included pease add this request in the order comments box during Checkout.
Can I order a different size not shown?
Yes. We display common sizes on our product pages but if you need something different, please contact our team on LIVE SUPPORT or  send an email to get a product personalised for your requirements.
Do you offer a custom sign design-print service?
Yes, we are UK based sign printers and offer a free design support and free delivery on custom printed sign products. If your unsure how to order through our product pages, please contact our team on LIVE SUPPORT or  send an email to get a product customised to your requirements.
Can I see a design of a custom sign before ordering?
We offer free graphic design support and delivery with custom printed sign orders. We ask that you place an order and our team will be in touch accordingly to manage your custom print process. And to ensure your products meet your expectations we offer multiple design revisions and final proofs to sign-off before we go to print.
How long does delivery take for custom printed signs?
We aim to print and deliver custom sign orders within 3-5 working days after "the proof" of artwork has been agreed.
