Understanding our Sign Materials

Rigid Plastic

A strong and lightweight PVC plastic material suitable for interior and exterior use. Can be drilled/fixed or stuck onto to a wide range of surfaces. Also available with sticky self-adhesive backing.

Self Adhesive (Vinyl Sticker)

A flexible glossy self adhesive PVC material with permanent adhesive backing suitable for both interior or exterior use. Best fixed to smooth clean surfaces.

Composite Board (Dibond)

A 3mm resin core wrapped either side with an Aluminium facing. Perfect for both external and internal use, this board is ideal for larger signs or when a strong sign material is required.

Brushed Aluminium

A 3mm thick brushed aluminium face over a resign core with a brushed alloy finish. This material is strong and lightweight with a "premium finish" to it. For internal or external use.

Photoluminescent Plastic

Rigid Plastic Glow in Dark Photoluminescent Sign Material

A Glow in the Dark PVC material which self-charges using ambient light. Available in Rigid Plastic, Rigid Plastic with Self-Adhesive backing, or Self-Adhesive varients. Ideal for Fire signage.

Foam Board

A 3mm or 5mm (where stated) Foam PVC board that is encased with glossy PVC facing. Foam board is both durable and lightweight. Often used for double-sided signs it is suitable for internal or external use.

Recycleable Fluted Board (Correx)

Our Recycleable 4mm fluted PVC board (10mm over 650mm for added strength). Often referred to as Correx, it is lightweight and often used for temporary signage outdoors. Cost effective and Recycleable through many curbside programs.

Zintec

1mm thick steel sheet material with a Zinc coating. Weatherproof - it's ideal for temporary signage and often used for Road and Traffic signage.
